The Final Video Report of the Qikiqtani Truth Commission
The Qikiqtani Truth Commission (QTC) was established by the Qikiqtani Inuit Association to create an accurate and balanced history of the decisions and events that affected Inuit living in the Qikiqtani region in the decades following 1950, and to document the impacts on Inuit life. Over three years, the commission traveled to all 13 Qikiqtani communities, reflected on the testimony of more than 300 individuals, and reviewed thousands of pages from government historical records.
