Annie Audlaluk was born in 1953. She lived in Kinngait and later moved to Grise Fiord. Her testimony contains a description of all of her father’s dogs being shot in 1960 in Kinngait. She was a child at the time, but she remembers that the dogs were shot under their house by RCMP officers. Her father was in shock. The dogs were loose, and she does not recall any rules at the time requiring dogs to be tied up.
